Welcome to Inner Biscuit.

All ingredients are organic or biodynamic where possible... and always cooked with love.

We source our fresh ingredients as locally as possible. We have recently established our own vegetable patch to grow heirloom vegetables & herbs with seeds from The Diggers Club in Blackwood. Our flowers are from Prunella at 175-177 Mollison St (or from the garden). Coffee is sourced from fair trade organic farms, is pure arabica & roasted by Joshua Bailey of Bailey Coffee in Nth Melbourne. Bread is from Sprout Organic Bakery in Castlemaine. Vegetables & Fruit are from The Food Garden in Castlemaine (All Organic). Some vegetables & herbs are from our own garden out the back.  Free Range Organic Eggs are Josh's Rainbow Eggs from Seven Hills Organic Farm  in the Kerrie Valley . Looseleaf tea is from Tea Tonic & Chai is from Calmer Sutra.  Milk is from Organic Valley Dairy in Drouin . Soy milk is organic, gluten & sugar free & made in Australia. We make our own hot chocolate mix & it is dairy & gluten free

We are trying hard to reduce our ‘footprint’ & therefore do not sell bottled drinks. Our take away coffee cups are 100% bio-degradable & can be composted. Feel free to bring your own travel mug for us to fill & re-fill & re-fill……
